Rally On helps tennis players never play alone again. These guidelines keep our community safe, respectful, and welcoming.

What We Expect

✅ Do This

  • Use recent photos that clearly show your face
  • Be honest about your skill level
  • Communicate clearly and respond in a timely manner
  • Show up on time or give advance notice if you need to cancel
  • Be a good sport on and off the court

❌ Don't Do This

Banned Immediately:

  • Fake profiles or impersonation
  • Harassment, threats, or hate speech
  • Sexual content or unwanted romantic advances
  • Asking for money or running scams
  • Sharing others' private information

Not Allowed:

  • Seriously misrepresenting your skill level
  • Spamming or promoting unrelated businesses
  • Using someone else's photos
  • Creating multiple accounts
  • Repeatedly no-showing or ghosting matches

Safety First

Rally On does NOT verify identities or conduct background checks. You are responsible for your own safety.

When meeting someone:

  • Meet at public courts during daylight
  • Tell a friend your plans
  • Trust your instincts - if something feels off, don't meet
  • Never send money to people you meet on Rally On

Red flags - report these:

  • Requests for money or financial information
  • Making you feel uncomfortable or unsafe
  • Pressuring you to meet immediately

Reporting and Consequences

How to Report

Use the in-app reporting feature in any chat or profile. We review every report confidentially.

What Happens

Minor violations: Warning or temporary restrictions Serious violations: Account suspension or permanent removal Illegal activity: Reported to law enforcement

Zero tolerance (immediate ban): Threats, harassment, scams, hate speech, child safety violations
